Send us an outline of what skilled labour and equipment you require. We review the request and provide you with estimated timelines to fulfil the wet hire order.

We come to an agreement on the cost. This process is 100% negotiable. Whether you want to engage us via contract, verbal, handshake, or via email, we are capable of doing business your way. All of our staff are properly employed and insured by McMath Construction before they arrive on site. Machine operators come fully licensed and skill checked by our leading hands.

Staff and equipment that are ready to go are sent to site. Positions and equipment which need to be acquired are sourced through our aggressive recruitment drive and equipment hire providers. We remain engaged until the job is done.

We protect your project by reinforcing strict WH&S policies, ensuring all staff go through a regulated medical, conducting comprehensive license and background checks, equipping staff with full PPE, and getting our legal team to review all of our on-site processes and procedures on a regular basis.
Fair Work & Union Compliance:
We ensure all of our working conditions are to standard and maintain good relationships with all applicable unions. Disagreements with unions can cause extensive delays at your expense. If union agreed site wages are required we act accordingly. Our priority is your project's timeline from day one.
