Mcmath doesn't send bodies, we send skilled, verified insured tradespeople. Every worker on our books has been assessed, medically cleared, licence checked, and confirmed fit-to-purpose before they're ever placed on a job.

Zero Liability Transfer To You

McMath qualifies as a genuine sub-contractor. We manage PAYG withholding, super at 12.5%, payroll tax at 5.5%, Workers Comp at 15%, and all leave entitlements. The risk never touches your books.

Above-Board Safety Standards

We reinforce strict WH&S policies on every site. All staff undergo a regulated medical, comprehensive licence and background checks, and are equipped with full PPE. Our legal team reviews all on-site processes and procedures regularly.

Fair Work & Union Compliance

We maintain good standing with all applicable unions and keep all working conditions current with Fair Work Standards. If union agreed site wages are required, we act accordingly. You project timeline is our priority from day one.
